The cemetery at St. Mary's Belchamp Walter is administered by the Parish Council.
All equiries regarding burials and the fees should be made to the clerk of the Parish Council.
Burial and Memorial Fees

| For the right to erect and place a headstone not exceeding 92cm and one inscription | £80 |
| For the right to place a flat stone not exceeding 183 x 77cm, including one inscription | £80 |
| For the right to place a second inscription on a gravestone after the first | £40 |
| For the right to place a flat stone over cremated remains not exceeding 30cm x 30cm | £40 |
These fees will be doubled in the case of a person who is not an inhabitant of Belchamp Walter
